If you've eaten brain, then liver and kidney is a lot more solid than it. Im not greatly fond of kidney or balls. Brain too I prefer cutles only. Not gravy. But liver I fkn LOVE man.

Brain toh keema type tha, very nice with those mull style tandoori rotis, maida ones.. they soak waay better than atta ones.

Still, no, man.. im mostly a chicken only guy here.. gravy boneless, warna tandoor nice thigh, leg, breast.. tandoor or amriki style fry

or breast in angrej style mushroom pepper sauce with sawtay di sabziyan !
