No it is very much true because the planes which I cited were conceived in same time frame. i.e in conceptualized in 80s, flew in nineties and operationalized in first decade of 2000. Tejas conceived few years later. Development begun in nineties , flew in 2001 and inducted in next decade. It took a decade more because of lack of ecosystem.
