Iran’s top diplomat said Sunday his country was ready to rebuild trust with European powers considering whether to reimpose UN sanctions on the Islamic republic under a 2015 nuclear deal.

An explosion in a container at a military site east of Tehran killed one military personnel and injured 10 firefighters, Iranian media reported Thursday.
Iran's semi-official Mehr news agency said fire initially broke out within the container, followed by an explosion as firefighters attempted to extinguish the flames.
Four firefighters were taken to the hospital and six others received treatment at the site due to slight injuries, according to other news outlets.
The report did not elaborate on the cause of the fire and explosion.

Iranian authorities have arrested 35 people in a raid on a "satanist network gathering" in the southwestern province of Khuzestan, local media reported Saturday.
The raid took place after police had "identified the location" of the gathering, which featured "signs and symbols of satanism, alcohol and drugs," ISNA news agency said.
Raids on so-called "satanist" gatherings are not uncommon in the deeply conservative country, often targeting parties or concerts with alcohol consumption, which is largely banned in Iran.

A senior Iranian Revolutionary Guards commander denied reports that Iran was transferring missiles to Russia, Iranian media said on Monday, amid concern in the West that they could be deployed in the war in Ukraine.
CNN and the Wall Street Journal reported last week, citing unidentified sources, that Iran had transferred short-range ballistic missiles to Russia.

I'm starting this thread because this Gwader situation has started psychologically bothering me that how come its sister city of Chahbahar in Iran is doing well despite sanctions and what not and our Gwader is under lockdown curfew. Please note both sides of the divide are Sunni Baloch people and our Baloch go over to the Irani side freely and about a million have now migrated to Iran for a better life.
