That is called Mughlai Paratha in the parts I come from. Stuffed egg paratha. Yes usually served with Mint or some kind of green chutney.

A staple in my household - the Puff pastry filo dough sheets are sold/available refrigerated. No need to fold over and over again.

This whole airport, check in, waiting in queues.... the whole thing just drains my batteries like... ek second me tel khatam ho jata hai mera.

Japan must be so far ahead but, privacy respect karte hain, tameez waale log hai, punctual and efficient hai.
